It appears as if we're sinking, but I don't care to patch the boat
The hull is overflowing and it's a shame that we don't float

We never stopped picking up speed
On the road to ruin
But the brakes they blew when

we're to tired to confess

Bruises turning yellow

I'll always feel something for those crooked teeth
And the story of the underdog who loved me
But the book is closed, this ships capsizing
